Celebrating with a four-course culinary journey of classic dishes created by an award-winning Chef team and handcrafted cocktails from original American recipes. On hand to answer all rye related questions, the American Bourbon Ambassador will be with guests throughout the evening, whilst live cooking can be viewed through a glass viewing point into the kitchen. Think of the fun of old-school American glamour with plenty of cut glass and crystal and a dining room of leather and gold. Think a one-off five-course feast curated by an award-winning culinary team designed to deliver charm and nostalgia in every bite.

Menu highlights include farm-fresh burrata to a fresh and spicy Ahi Tuna Tartare, crisp calamari and a rich and satisfying play on classic Canadian poutine topped with lobster. Couples can dive into golden pieces of Southern Fried Chicken and whole seabass or the best steak in town from Weslodge’s famous hardwood & charcoal grill (the biggest in the city), with sides such as triple-cooked chips and mac & cheese to make even the most cynical diner weak at the knees.

For the extravagant finale, the team has created “Falling in Love” a dessert that lives up to its name with layers of Vanilla diplomat cream, sweet strawberry compote, baked to perfection Victoria sponge and sprinkled with almond crumble.
