The ideal place to enjoy an extravagant authentic Lebanese weekday dinner, Al Nafoorah’s new four-course feast has been specially curated by Head Chef Ali Fouad. Guests can opt for a chicken or lentil soup, before selecting three cold starters from options including hommous, moutabal, shanklish and loubieh bil zait. Main courses comprise of mixed grill, samkeh hara (suman fish with hara sauce) or maghmour (vegetable stew with tomato sauce and white rice), while guests can end the meal with a traditional dessert selection of cheese kunafa, ashtaliye (semonlina, fresh cream and candied nuts) and baklawa (an assortment of buttered pastry, nuts and sugar syrup).
