Ardit Kacorri is the famous resident head chef at East Breeze, he has worked as a head chef and consultant in numerous fine dining establishments, Michelin star restaurants and has run several culinary festivals across Europe. He is dedicated to his passion for creations, combining raw materials with culinary art.
