Totora Cebicheria Peruana, located at the DIFC, is the newest addition to Dubai burgeoning Peruvian fine-dining scene. This two floor venue, featuring a bar and main dining area on the first floor and lounge area on the ground floor, has been inspired by the travels and cultural experiences in Latin America of restaurant founders Ali Sidani and Rania Al Khalifa. The home-grown concept is staffed by an almost exclusive Peruvian crew and puts a very large emphasis on being as authentically Peruvian as possible.
