One of the best restaurants with fantastic breakfast and spectacular views of the golf course. Thrice we have seen deers running around the golf course. Their root vegetables rosti is worth trying.

Hestan is a one of the best members of staff at Hillhouse. Polite and knows my order due to me been here daily.

Wine & food tasting night. Great info. Christian was great.
Organising staff could have been friendlier though.
