Chef Karim brings a depth of expertise—cultivated at École Ducasse, where he holds the title of brand ambassador in Egypt; as well as his time in a three-Michelin-Star restaurant in Paris.
Upon his return to Egypt, he reimagined Egyptian cuisine through the lens of gastronomy and catered to prestigious events for esteemed global brands.
His storytelling-led approach transforms each course into a multi-sensory journey—crafted to evoke a sense of place, memory, and emotion.
